The Parramatta Diocese Catholic Primary School Sports Council (PDCPSSC) provides opportunities for primary students in the diocese to participate in representative teams in a range of sports. All primary students from 8 - 13 years of age are eligible to participate and represent in their school and diocese in the sports of Swimming, Athletics and Cross Country.

The Parramatta Diocese Secondary Schools Sports Council (PDSSSC) provides the avenue for secondary students across the diocese to experience most individual and team sports. Depending on ability, students can also compete in the weekly inter-school sports afternoon or trial for teams/squads to compete against other Catholic schools students across NSW.

BOYS
Registration commences at 9.00am and trial starts at 9:30am
The boys' trials will finish at approx 1:00pm, this is dependent on the number of attendees
GIRLS
Registration commences at 1.15pm and trial starts at 1:30pm
The girls’ trials will finish at approx 3:00pm, this is dependent on the number of attendees
Students are toattend the trial in their school sport uniform.
Students are not to wear or bring Parramatta Diocesan, MacKillop, or NSWPSSA State representative clothing to the trial. If these representative items are worn,students will be asked to remove/cover it.
Students are to provide the following:
Appropriate Footwear
Towel
Mouthguard (if required)
Water Bottle + additional water
Basketball Size 6
Personal playing equipment should be marked clearly with the child's name and school.
All jewellery is to be removed during the trial.

NSW Rugby Union Juniors would like to announce the running of our inaugural NSWJRU Tri Tag State Championships to be held at Riverwood Park, Riverwood on Sunday 9th March 2025. These State Championships will be open to entries by Club, Zone, District or Schools teams. We understand people have busy lives, so have created a 'Lightning Format' - which means we have arranged the draw for teams to only have to hang around for a maximum of 3 hours (if your team makes the finals). Age groups will be U7-U9 Minis (Mixed) U10-11 Boys U12-U14 Boys U15-U18 Boys U10-U11 Girls U12-U14 Girls U15-U18 Girls Mixed All Ages Age group (Parents + Kids together - must include 3 players under age of 14, on field at all times) - great opportunity for parents and kids to play together. Capacity & Format allows for 16 teams ONLY per age group - it will be done on a first in - first served basis. Four Pools of 4 with top 2 teams progressing to finals. Entry is open to teams from both Club and Schools.... Don't delay as spots will fill quickly.
