  • Temporary Part-time Maintenance/General Hand required 20 hours per week.

    St Patrick's Marist College, Dundas
    Maintenance Person/General Hand required 5 days per week for 4 hours per day. This position will commence as soon as possible and end on 6th July 2018.
  • Temporary Part-time Receptionist/Enrolment Secretary 60 hours per fortnight Term 2, 2018 through to end of Term 1, 2019.

    St Patrick's Marist College, Dundas
    This position is Monday to Thursday from 8.00am to 4.00pm. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing reception and undertaking the College enrolment intake process for 2019. St Patrick’s Marist College is a coeducational school following in the Marist tradition.

    This position is a job share position and the applicant must be able to collaborate seamlessly with their job share partner to achieve a positive working relationship.

    You must be able to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week during the school term. There can be occasional peak times when you may be requested to work either evenings or during the school holidays.

    The successful applicant will be working in the front office managing many of the day to day activities of school administration and be supervised by the Level 6 Financial Support Officer and school Principal.

    This temporary role is 60 hours per fortnight beginning at 8:30am and concluding at 3:30pm commencing on Tuesday 3 April to Friday 25 May.

Non-teaching positions within schools are quite varied and include: support staff, teachers' aides, various administration, clerical and financial positions, business managers and maintenance and outdoor staff.
